Significant Event Analysis

Currently no formal meetings but canvassing opinion and interest.

Freelance GPs particularly have often little opportunity to reflect formally on significant events yet this is considered good practice. while salaried GPs will have more readily the opportunity to be involved. Working schedules and other committments can mean however that even for salaried GPs there is not so much opportunity for SEA.

Chesterfield Deanery have a great site to support their local GPs and an enviable organised system of supporting sessional GP CPD. They have Significant event analysis meetings specifically for sessional GPs which I guess it may be possible to emulate given enough interest.
